Gothic Weddings
This is rather a big year for me as I am getting married in the summer. I have to admit that I am some what nervous about the whole event. Why, you may well be asking? Well I think that I am worried about making a mistake on the actual wedding day or forgetting what to say when doing the groom's speech. My wife to be (her name is Emma) and her family and main friends are busy planning the whole event - they seem very excited by everything. In this article I will be writing about their plans and about the way in which it could be a some what different day than the norm.
Emma has previously stated that she has been dreaming about her perfect wedding day ever since she was a little girl. She certainly knows her own mind and her ideas could well be viewed by many as some what out of the ordinary. She is going for a kind of gothic style and has already sent out the wedding invitations and has bought the wedding stationery along this style.
Now you may well think that this is some what dark but even though I am obviously biased it must be said that it all looks very impressive thus far and it is all in good taste.
Emma has a unique taste in music which I have to say is not exactly the same as what I like however her music is very important to her and this has been reflected by her choice of decor and other arrangements.
I am happy to let her take the lead with all of this planning as I am not exactly too fussed about things - she is the one who wears the trousers in our relationship therefore this is something I have had to get used to - just as long as she is happy then so am I!
